This policy explains how credits, paid plans, failed generations, cancellations, and payment disputes are treated on QwenImage3.app. It is an independent website and is not operated by Qwen or Alibaba Cloud.
Independent website
QwenImage3.app sells access to independent website services and preview interfaces, not to the Qwen model itself. Payments are processed through the configured third-party payment provider for each active plan. Provider fees, currency conversion, regional taxes, and checkout rules can affect the amount you pay and the amount you receive after a refund.
Credits and purchases
Free credits granted on sign-up are promotional and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Paid credits are purchased for image generation and editing through the connected Qwen Image services. Credits are consumed by successful generation requests according to the plan and service rules displayed at the time of purchase.
Refund eligibility
Whether a purchase qualifies for a refund depends on the payment provider, the plan you selected, the law that applies to you, and whether the service was delivered. The website aims to resolve genuine service failures promptly, but promotional credits, partially used plans, expired offers, and completed deliveries may not be refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Depending on the provider, the refund can take several business days to appear, and provider or bank processing fees may reduce the returned amount. Always keep the checkout email and transaction reference from your purchase.
Failed or blocked generations
If a generation fails, times out, is blocked by provider policy, or is rejected before producing a usable output, the website will follow the credit rules of the active service and plan. Credit logs in your account are the record used to resolve disputes. Report a failed request with the transaction details and the approximate time so the issue can be checked.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout and by the payment provider. You can cancel future renewals through the payment provider or the account tools when available. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically refund a payment already taken for a period you could use.
How to request a refund
Contact support through the channel available on the account or pricing page with your account email, payment reference, plan name, and the reason for the request. The website will confirm what can be reviewed, what evidence is needed, and the expected time for a decision or payout. Requests made long after the purchase may no longer be eligible because of provider time limits.
Chargebacks and disputes
